Chocolate Art

well it confirmed that I need more practice with

rolled fondant. Did a rolled fondant for an order last week...

it was just messy and have to redo it as it did not stand

and it was 'sweating'....

end up doing this chocolate art which I remember my second cousin did

during Christmas when I was 12.

it is chocolate.

definately taste better than fondant .

Something's quacking

I like this rubber duck theme fullmoon packs

there are some small packs for friends and the larger pack for family

this is a smaller pack

it has cookies hidden below the 'water'

this is something that can be kept and given for the next 2 weeks!

Sugarless Apple Cinnamon Poppy Seed Cake

this is my first attempt baking a sugarless cake.

The sweetness were extracted from the raisins...

 

and apples

I am waiting for verdict whether the cake is good....
